Unter dem Einfluß von Nickelkomplexen untergehen tertiäre alpha Hydroxyketone
einer Umlagerungsreaktion, die zum isomeren, chiralen Produkt führt.
Verschiedene Modellsysteme werden vorgestellt, die besten Ergebnisse ergab die Umlagerung von 1-Benzoylcyclopentanol zu 2-Hydroxy-2-Phenyl-cyclohexanon mit
bis zu 46 %ee. Die analoge Umlagerungsreaktion von Hydroxyiminen wurde untersucht.
Translation of the abstract (English)
Promoted by catalytic amounts of nickel complexes tertiary alpha hydroxyketones
undergo rearrangement forming chiral isomers. Several model systems were investigated, best results were obtained for the rearrangement of 1-benzoylcyclopentanol forming 2-hydroxy-2-phenylcyclohexanone. The analogous isomerisation of hydroxyimines was investigated
