Ziel dieser Arbeit war die Herstellung und Charakterisierung von Photovoltaikmodulen. Dabei wurden zwei unterschiedliche Typen von auf GaSb-basierten Photovoltaikzellen eingesetzt. The aim of the work presented in this thesis was to fabricate and characterise photovoltaic modules.
