Abstract (English)

In recent years viral as well as non-viral gene transfer emerged as a promising technique in molecular medicine as well as in basic research. Der Transfer von Genen wurde in den letzten Jahren zu einer wichtigen Arbeitstechnik in der Forschung und mag zukünftig auch als Therapiekonzept Anwendung finden. 1995 wurde das verzweigte Polyethylenimin (PEI) als vielversprechender nicht-viraler Genträger eingeführt.
