Abstract (German)

Furan-2-carbonsäuremethylester wurde mit Diethyldiazoacetat kupferkatalysiert asymmetrisch cyclopropaniert. In das so erhaltene Produkt wurden an der Doppelbindung eine Reihe verschiedener Alkyl-, Alkenyl-, Alkinyl- und Arylsubstituenten eingeführt. Nach Hydrierung der Doppelbindung konnten die so erhaltenen Produkte durch weitere Syntheseschritte in Glycosaminosäurederivate überführt werden sowie zur Darstellung von Teilstrukturen zweier Hauptklassen von Spongian-Diterpenen genutzt werden, deren Kerne aus hochoxygenierten Bicyclen bestehen.

Translation of the abstract (English)

Furan-2-carboxylic methyl ester was cyclopropanated asymmetrically with diethyl diazo acetate under copper catalysis. Different alkyl-, alkenyl-, alkynyl- and aryl-substituents were introduced to the double bond of the product. After hydrogenation of the double bond, the so produced compounds could be transformed by further manipulations to glycosamino acid derivatives and also be utilized to build up the highly oxygenated core structures of two main classes of spongian diterpenes.
