Der bei tiefen Temperaturen ferromagnetische Halbleiter (Ga,Mn)As ist in den letzten Jahren verstärkt in den Mittelpunkt des wissenschaftlichen Interesses gerückt. In der vorliegenden Arbeit standen vor allem die magnetischen Anisotropien im Vordergrund. In recent years the in low temperatures ferromagnetic semiconductor (Ga,Mn)As has gotten more and more into the focus of scientific interests. In the present work especially the magnetic anisotropies are concentrated upon.
