Abstract (English)

The synthesis of Fmoc protected SAAC and their use in solid-phase synthesis is reported. Peptide � metal complex conjugates were either obtained by incorporation of the metal coordinated SAAC followed by mild nucleophilic resin-cleavage or by complexation in metal salt solution after cleavage from the resin.
