Abstract (German)
Untersuchung der radiologischen Stabilität des Wirbelkörperimplantats "Obelisc" über einen Nachuntersuchungszeitraum von einem Jahr im Rahmen einer prospektiven Kohortenstudie an 25 Patienten. Methode: Vermessung von konventionellen Röntgenbildern postoperativ, nach 3, 6 und 12 Monaten. Vergleich der Höhen der Wirbelkörpervorder- und Hinterkanten sowie der Grund-Deckplattenwinkel der überbrückten Segmente. Ergebnis: Die radiologische Retention des Implantats "Obelisc" ist im Vergleich mit 5 Studien mit anderen Wirbelersatzkörpern diesen ebenbürtig.
Translation of the abstract (English)
Prospective investigation of the radiologic stability of the vertebral body replacement "Obelisc" during one year after surgery in 25 Patients. Method: X-rays of the spine were taken after surgery and after 3, 6 and 12 months. Dorsal and ventral heights as well as plate angles of stabilized vertebral bodies were measured. Results: in comparison with 5 other studies the vertebral implant "Obelisc" is equally stable.
