Topische photodynamische Therapie:
Etablierung eines ex vivo Schweinehautmodells zum Vergleich verschiedener 5-Aminolävulinsäure/-Methylesterformulierungen bezüglich ihrer Fluoreszenzinduktion und Penetrationseigenschaften, sowie der Beurteilung der durch anschließende Bestrahlung ausgelösten Nekrose.
