Translation of the abstract (English)
The objective of this in vitro study was to evaluate the ability of four different dentinal substances (Gluma Desensitizer (Heraeus Kulzer), Adper Prompt L- Pop (3M Espe), EXL 683 (3M Espe), EXM678A & EXM671C (3M Espe)) to reduce hydraulic conductance (hydraulic conductance, Lp m3N-1s-1) of 400 bovine dentin slices near pulp chamber and to make quantitative analysis. With the selection of the slices near pulp chamber the variation coefficient of the control and Adper Prompt L- Pop could significantly be reduced.
