Abstract (German)

Die Dissertation belegt, wie sich die Terrorismusbekämpfung als Aufgabe der Europäischen Union etabliert hat. Umfassend behandelt die Arbeit die getroffenen Maßnahmen und erörtert eingehend die normativen Grundlagen der Terrorismusbekämpfung durch die Europäische Union.

Translation of the abstract (English)

The dissertation lines out, how the fight against terrorism has established as a challenge for the European Union. The dissertation examines the taken measures and reconsiders the normative basis for the fight against terrorism on the level of the European Union.
