Abstract

We present classical and semiclassical magnetotransport simulations for a rectangular antidot superlattice using Kubo's formula and Gutzwiller's periodic orbit theory. Our emphasis is on the pronounced anisotropy and its relation to classical electron trajectories. The particular role of runaway trajectories is discussed.
