The reaction of Cp*GaCl2 with Na2W2(CO)10 yield [Cp*GaW(CO)5], whereas the reactions with KCo(CO)4 lead to the ionic complexes [lcubCo2(CO)6(μ-CO)rcub2(μ4-Ga)]- and [lcubCo2(CO)6(μ-CO)rcub(μ-Ga(Cl)lcubCo(CO)4rcub]. In contrast, Cp*2GaCl reacts with KCo(CO)4 to give [Co2(CO)6(μ-GaCp*)2]-. With K[(CO)2CpFe] the complex [lcubCpFe(CO)rcub2(μ-CO)(μGaCp*)] is formed. The results show, that both ...
