Chiroptical Properties of (+)-Corycavine and Corycavamine

Abstract

The resolution of racemic corycavine via its (+)-10-camphorsulfonate, the
equivalency of (+)-corycavine and corycavamine, as well as the racemization
of (+)-corycavine are described. 13R-Configuration is assigned to (+)-corycavine,
based on CD data.

Kampfersulfonat, die Identität von (+)-Corycavin mit Corycavamin und die
