Abstract (German)

In der vorliegenden Untersuchung sollte retrospektiv an 108 durchgeführten Speicheldrüsenszintigraphien in der Abteilung für Nuklearmedizin der Universitätsklinik Regensburg ein quantitativer Parameter gefunden werden, der die bisher rein visuelle Beurteilung der Szintigraphiekurve in der Diagnostik unterstützt und objektiviert.
Hierzu wurden drei statistische Parameter bestimmt: das Kurvenflächenintegral, der maximale Uptake und der maximale Washout.
Das Ziel der Untersuchung einen statistisch signifikanten Parameter zu finden und einzuführen, der die Diagnosestellung im Rahmen der Speicheldrüsenszintigraphie unterstützt bzw. ersetzt, konnte nicht erreicht werden.

Translation of the abstract (English)

This retrospective study is based on 108 sialoscintigraphies performed at the departement for nuclear medicine, university of regensburg. The aim was to find a quantitative parameter that could support the visual analysis of the scintigraphic excretion curve.
Three statistical parameters were tested: the area under the curve, the maximal uptake and the maximal washout.
The aim to establish a significant parameter that supports scintigraphic diagnosis could not be achieved.
