Abstract

[(S,S)-1,2-Bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethylenediamine]dichloroplatinum (II) [(S,S)-I shows a strong and dose-dependent effect on the hormone-dependent MXT mammary carcinoma of the mouse. R,R/S,S-I is markedly less active. Other I analogs were also tested.
