The cystostatic effects were established of 5 new classes of compds., e.g. (Me2N)2CH2, (EtSCH2NMeCH2)2, Me2NCH2S2CNMe2, N,N'-bis(ethylthiomethyl)imidazolidine, and 1,4,6,9-tetraazatricyclo[18.104.22.168.4.9]dodecane.
