Abstract (German)

In der Arbeit „Arzneimittelinteraktionen über das P-Glykoprotein und verwandte Transportenzyme“ wurde eine Tabelle erstellt, aus der man entnehmen kann, welche Wirkung das P-Glykoprotein auf Substanzen hat.
Für die Erstellung der Tabelle wurde im Internet auf der Webseite PUBMED.com recherchiert.
Die Bedeutung von Arzneimittelinteraktionen, die Elimination und der Metabolismus von Arzneimitteln werden beschrieben und das Transportprotein P-Glykoprotein erklärt.
Des weiteren wird auf die Thematik der Pharmakovigilanz sowie des therapeutischen Drug Monitoring näher eingegangen.

Translation of the abstract (English)

In "drug interactions by the p-glycoprotein and related transport enzymes" a table is created, where the effects of p-glycoprotein on substrates are listed.
For the preparation of the table I used the website PUBMED.com. for a research on the Internet.
The importance of drug interactions, elimination and metabolism of drugs are described and the transport protein P-glycoprotein is explained.
Furthermore, the issues of pharmacovigilance and therapeutic drug monitoring are addressed.
