Abstract

The four functionally expressed human neuropeptide Y receptor subtypes (hY1R, hY2R, hY4R, hY5R) belong to class A of the G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) and interact with pertussis toxin-sensitive Gi/o proteins.
