Die MR-Enterographie scheint das ideale bildgebende Verfahren für Diagnostik und Verlaufsbeurteilung der chronisch-entzündlichen Darrmerkrankung zu sein. Die vorliegende Arbeit soll aufzeigen, welche Sequenzen die beste Bildqualität zur Diagnosestellung bieten. MR-Enterography seems to be a perfect imaging-method for diagnosis and assessment in course of inflammatory bowel disease. The aim of this study is to show which sequences give the best imaging-quality for diagnosis in IBD and the reliability of diagnosis done by different radiologists.
