In this thesis, metabolism profiles of different diseases were measured in body fluids and tissues using high-resolution one-dimensional (1D) and two-dimensional (2D) proton (1H) and carbon-13 (13C) nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy at natural 13C abundance.
