Abstract (German)
Die Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Entzündungshistologie bei verschiedenen Formen der Modellarthritis bei Maus und Ratte sowie mit der Entwicklung sensibler und sympathischer Nervenfasern im Entzündungsgebiet.
Im Verlauf der Entzündung kommt es zu einem Verlust der sympathischen Nervenfasern in den arthritischen Gelenken. Dieser Verlust korreliert positiv mit dem histologischen Entzündungsschwerdegrad.
Translation of the abstract (English)
The dissertation deals with the histology of inflammation in different forms of induced arthritis in mice and rats. Furthermore it deals with the development of sensible and sympathetic nerve fibres in the inflamed tissue.
During inflammation there is a loss of sympathetic nerve fibres in the inflamed joints. Loss of sympathetic nerve fibres correlates with severity of histological inflammation.
