Abstract
Principal component anal. was applied to arom. p values calcd. from the octanol-H2O partition coeffs. of 14 para- and 14 meta-substituted benzenes, phenoxyacetic acids, phenylacetic acids, benzoic acids, anilines, nitrobenzenes, phenols, and piperidinoacetanilides, and was also applied to the biol. activity of 27 ortho-, meta-, and para-substituted piperidinoacetanilides in 8 different test systems.
