Abstract
A 2-dimensional mapping of intraclass correlation matrixes (TMIC) as a tool in drug design is presented. The variance coeff. obtained with TMIC is somewhat smaller than the corresponding values from multidimensional mapping, however, the differences are marginal. TMIC is a simple and comprehensive method for the selection of optimal test series if the no. of compds. in the starting population is <50.
