Abstract

We demonstrate experimentally that the far- infrared photoresponse of GaAs/AlGaAs heterostructures at photon energies corresponding to cyclotron resonance absorption is strongly enhanced in the adiabatic transport regime of the quantum Hall effect (QHE).
