Abstract (English)

Within the framework of this PhD we report on the very first observation of the fractional Quantum Hall Effect (FQHE) in both, a non-magnetic CdTe and a semimagnetic Cd1-xMnxTe quantum well device. To our knowledge, this constitutes the first demonstration of this effect in the II-VI material family. Im Rahmen dieser Dissertation berichten wir über die allererste Beobachtung des fraktionalen Quanten Hall Effekts (FQHE), sowohl in nicht-magnetischen CdTe, als auch in semimagnetischen Cd1-xMnxTe Quanten Wells.
