Wir berichten über die Herstellung und Charakterisierung von Nanokontakt (NC) -Strukturen aus dem verdünntmagnetischen Halbleiter (Ga,Mn)As. Translation of the abstract (English)

We report on the fabrication and characterization of nanocontact (NC) devices made of the diluted magnetic semiconductor (Ga,Mn)As. This work has been motivated by the observation of Schlapps et al. and Wunderlich at al. that (Ga,Mn)As-devices with a simple nanoconstriction within the current path exhibit an intrinsic single-electron-transistor (SET) structure.
