In this dissertation the effects of anionic additives on the stability of proteins have been investigated. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde die Stabilität von Proteinen in der Anwesenheit von anionischen Additiven untersucht. Dabei erstreckt sich das Themengebiet aufgeteilt in verschiedene Kapitel über verschiedene Formen der Proteinstabilität (zB. funktionell und kolloidal).
