Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wurde erstmals ein Halbleiter-Übergitter-Schalter untersucht. Das Übergitter, das als Schalter wirkte, bestand aus einer periodischen Abfolge von Quantentöpfen (17 Monolagen) und -barrieren (3 Monolagen), die durch epitaktisch gewachsene GaAs- und AlAs-Schichten gebildet wurden. In this work a semiconductor superlattice switch was investigated for the first time. The superlattice working as a switch consisted of a periodic sequence of quantum wells and barriers, which were formed by epitactically grown GaAs and AlAs layers.
