The management

1. manages and coordinates the day-to-day business and tasks of the UR Data Hub
2. coordinates the meetings of the RDM Board
3. reviews the RDM concepts for the university management to sign funding applications and prepares a recommendation for these for the university management

Management

1. Members may make recommendations to the Executive Board at any time on proposals from members of the University of Regensburg for UR Data Hub activities. The RDM Board, in consultation with the Management Board, decides which proposals will be implemented by the UR Data Hub.
2. The members develop concepts for the services of the UR Data Hub and develop the realization of these for research data management at the University of Regensburg. For this purpose, they are entitled to use the infrastructure and resources of the UR Data Hub.
3. The members are obliged to cooperate in the tasks of the UR Data Hub. They are obliged to promote the interests of the UR Data Hub and to participate in the necessary applications.

Members

The tasks of the RDM Board include in particular:

1. The Board of Directors receives the report of the Executive Board on the work of the UR Data Hub. This report is then made public at the university.
2. Evaluation of the work of the UR Data Hub
3. Decisions on the admission of members of the UR Data Hub
4. Consultation on fundamental issues of the RDM and the resulting requirements for the RDM
5. Consultation on concepts of the faculties on the subject-related standards
6. Consultation on the development planning of the UR Data Hub
7. Statement and recommendations to the university management on research projects in which an exceptionally large volume of data is anticipated
8. General recommendations of the research data management to the university management
9. Decision on the submission of applications of the UR Data Hub to the university management
