Abstract (German)
In dieser Arbeit wurden Tetraalkylammonium- und N,N-Ethylmethylimidazoliumsalze für den Einsatz als Elektrolytsalze in elektrochemischen Doppelschichtkondensatoren hergestellt, gereinigt und in verschiedenen nichtwässrigen Lösungsmitteln und Lösungsmittelmischungen elektrochemisch untersucht. Hierzu wurden die Elektrolyte hinsichtlich Leitfähigkeit, der Spannungsstabilität an Modell- und realen Elektrodenmaterialien und der Korrosivität gegenüber Aluminium mittels Leitfähigkeitsmessungen, Zyklovoltammetrie, einer modifizierten zyklovoltammetrischen Methode nach Jow und Chronoamperometrie charakterisiert. Die Eignung der neuen Elektrolyte wurde in realen Kondensatoren anhand von Spannungsabfallmessungen, Zyklisierungen und Impedanzspektroskopie bestimmt.
Translation of the abstract (English)
In this work tetraalkylammonium and N,N-ethylmethylimidazolium salts were prepared, purified and examined electrochemically in various nonaqueous solvents and mixtures of solvents for their application in electrochemical double layer capacitors. On this the electrolytes were characterized regarding their conductivity, their stability at model and real electrode materials and their corrodibility against aluminum with the help of conductivity measurements, cyclic voltammetry, a modified cyclovoltammetric method after Jow and chronoamperometry. The applicability of the new electrolytes was investigated in real capacitors with voltage decay measurements, cycling experiments and impedance spectroscopy.
