Abstract (German)

Es wird untersucht, wie sich der Souveränitätsbegriff in den Zeiten der Globalisierung und Integration ändert. Die Europäische Union als Beispiel der supranationalen Organisation wird in den systematischen Zusammenhängen der Internationalen Rechtsordnung untersucht. Die Russischen Quellen stehen im Vordergrund der wissenschaftlichen Untersuchung.

Translation of the abstract (English)

The dissertation explores the concept of sovereignty in the times of globalisation and integration. The European Union as the most important example of supranantional integration from a systematic point of view offers an interesting perspective for international law doctrine. The main attention is devoted to the analysis of Russian legal literature.
