Cyclotron resonance excitations in modulation-doped AlxGa1-xAs-GaAs quantum wells have been investigated by means of resonant inelastic light scattering. Besides the cyclotron resonance excitation ħωC, we observe up to fifteen additional peaks at multiples of ħωC.
