Abstract (German)
Eine Reihe neuer zwei- und dreizähniger Chelatliganden mit Stickstoff- und Sauerstoffdonoren wurde synthetisiert. Als Ausgangsmaterial diente reines 1-(Pyridin-2-yl)ethylamin, dessen Darstellung und Racematspaltung in die Enantiomere verbessert wurde. Die neuen optisch aktiven Liganden wurden als in situ-Katalysatoren mit einem Ru(II)-Precursor in der enantioselektiven Transferhydrierung von Acetophenon in Isopropanol getestet. Der sterisch anspruchsvollste sekundäre Aminligand ergab mit nahezu vollständigem Umsatz und 47ee die besten Resultate.
Translation of the abstract (English)
A series of novel bi- and tridendate ligands with nitrogen and oxygen donor sites have been synthesized starting from optically pure (S)- and (R)-1-(pyridin-2-yl)ethylamine, the preparation and resolution of which has been optimized. The new optically active ligands were tested as in situ catalysts together with a Ru(II) precursor in the enantioselective transfer hydrogenation of acetophenone with isopropanol. The steric most hindered secundary amine ligand gave the best results with almost quantitative conversion and 47ee.
