In dieser Arbeit wird ein Überblick über den aktuellen Stand der Strukturchemie von Verbindungen des Typs Cu3PnQ3 (Pn= As, Sb, Bi; Q= S, Se) gegeben. Alle Verbindungen leiten sich vom aufgefüllten Fe3C-Typ ab.
Die Verbindung Cu3AsSe3 kristallisiert monoklin (RG: P21/m)a = 15.73 , b = 10.45, c = 6.761 Angström; beta = 92.93 °, ihre Struktur ist aus isolierten AsSe3 Einheiten und trigonal bzw. tetraedrisch koordinierten einwertigen Kupferatomen aufgebaut. An jedem vierten Arsenatom ist zusätzlich ein Kupferatom im Abstand 2.5 Angström koordiniert.
Beim Ersatz von Pnicogen- oder Chalkogenatomen zeigen sich bei bestimmten Mischungsverhältnissen Überstrukturen, bei denen an jedem dritten Pnicogenatom ein Kupferatom koordiniert ist.
Die Verbindung Cu3BiS3 besitzt eine orthorhombische Tieftemperaturmodifikation mit a = 7.73 b= 10.300, c = 6.68 Angström und der Raumgruppe Pnm21. Ihre Struktur entspricht im wesentlichen der der Raumtemperaturmodifikation, mit isolierten BiS3-Einheiten und durchweg trigonal-planar koordinierten Kupferatomen.

Translation of the abstract (English)

A review is given on the structural chemistry of Cu3PnQ3-compounds.
Cu3AsSe3 crystallizes monoclinic with a = 15.73 , b = 10.45, c = 6.761 Angström; beta = 92.93 ° (SG P21/m). The structure is build of isolated AsSe3 units and either trigonal or tetrahedral coordinated copper. A distinct feature of the structure is the fact, that to every fourth arsenic atom an an additional copper atom is located in a distance of 2.5 angstroem. Solid solution series through the replacement on th pnicogen or chalcogen sites shows the occurence of superstructures. These have the same structure detail, with copper coordinated to every third arsenic atom.
The low temperature modification of Cu3BiS3 crystallizes orthorhombic with a = 7.73 b= 10.300, c = 6.68 angstroem SG Pnm21. Its structure is almost the same as the room temperature structure.
