Diese Dissertation beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, ob die Schaffung einer Europäischen Staatsanwaltschaft sinnvoll ist und welche künftige Rolle den schon bestehenden Unionseinrichtungen Olaf, Europol und Eurojust in diesem Zusammenhang zuteil werden könnte.
Translation of the abstract (English)
This dissertation deals with the question of an establishment of an European Prosecutor and the future role of the present EU-institutions Olaf, Europol and Eurojust.
