Abstract (English)
During this Ph.D. thesis we developed an efficient access to the novel 3,4-didehydropyrohomoglutamate from pyrrole and we developed an extremely simple and practical protocol for grafting TEMPO onto polystyrene resin and perfluorinated supports from readily available and inexpensive starting materials using the "Click Chemistry" asligation method.
