Abstract

The optical properties of T-shaped GaAs/AlGaAs quantum wire (QWR) waveguide structures are studied with a magnetic field oriented parallel or perpendicular to the QWR axis. The QWRs were fabricated by the cleaved edge overgrowth (CEO) technique.
