Prinzipiell sind zur chirurgischen Therapie eines T1-Rektumkarzinoms zwei verschiedene operative Vorgehensweise möglich. Zum einen ein radikaleres Vorgehen im Rahmen der tiefen anterioren Rektumresektion und zum anderen ein wesentlich schonenderes Verfahren im Sinne einer lokalen transanalen Exzision des Tumors. Letzteres ist aus onkologischer Sicht jedoch mit einer höheren Lokalrezidivrate ...
Prinzipiell sind zur chirurgischen Therapie eines T1-Rektumkarzinoms zwei verschiedene operative Vorgehensweise möglich. Zum einen ein radikaleres Vorgehen im Rahmen der tiefen anterioren Rektumresektion und zum anderen ein wesentlich schonenderes Verfahren im Sinne einer lokalen transanalen Exzision des Tumors. Letzteres ist aus onkologischer Sicht jedoch mit einer höheren Lokalrezidivrate verbunden.
In der vorliegenden Untersuchung wurde die Bedeutung der präoperativen Diagnostik, des therapeutischen Vorgehens sowie weiterer Faktoren, die Einfluss auf die Langzeitprognose bei Patienten mit einem T1-Rektumkarzinom nehmen untersucht.
Translation of the abstract (English)
Basically there are two different types of surgical treatment of a T1 rectal cancer. On the one hand the more radical anterior resection and on the other hand the local transanal excision. The local method is associated with a higher rate of local recurrences.
In this study the importance of the preoperative diagnostics, the surgical treatment and prognostic factors were analysed, especially for patients with a T1 rectal cancer.
