Abstract (German)
In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurden Patienten und Therapeuten (Ärzte und Psychologen) der Forensischen Psychiatrie und der geschlossenen Suchtpsychiatrie mittels Fragebögen hinsichtlich verschiedener Aspekte der Patientenautonomie befragt. Es wurden Fragen hinsichtlich der Arzt-Therapeuten-Beziehung (nach dem Konzept von Emanuel und Emanuel), der Schweigepflicht, den allgemeinen Rahmenbedingungen und des Informierten Einverständnis ausgewertet.
Translation of the abstract (English)
In this study, patients and practitioners (doctors and psychologists) in forensic psychiatry and closed addiction psychiatry were interviewed by questionnaires regarding different aspects of patient autonomy. Analysis was based on questions about the doctor-therapist relationship (according to the concept of Emanuel and Emanuel), the secrecy, the general conditions, and the informed consent.
