Translation of the abstract (English)
TNF and its receptors p75TNFR and p55TNFR play a central role in the context of inflammation and autoimmune diseases. A targeted inhibition of TNF is used in autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. In this study a recombinant TNF-inhibitor was prepared and its structure and biological activity examined.
