Der Supraleiter-Isolator Übergang in dünnen Filmen ist der Übergang von einem schwachen Supraleiter in einen starken Isolator. Eine zentrale Frage ist, in wie weit Supraleitung an der Bildung des isolierenden Zustands beteiligt ist. Hochaufgelöste Strom-Spannungs Kennlinien wurden im Rahmen dieser Arbeit untersucht.
