Das eukaryotische Protein Cdc123 wurde ursprünglich als Zellproliferationsfaktor identifiziert, welcher essentiell für den Übergang von der G1- in die S-Phase des Zellzyklus ist. Translation of the abstract (English)

The conserved eukaryotic protein Cdc123 was first identified as a cell proliferation factor involved in the G1/S transition of the cell cycle.
