Abstract (German)
In dieser Arbeit wurden die Totalsynthesen von Moxartenolid und einem Guaianolid-Dien untersucht, die zur Totalsynthese des dimeren Guaianolids Arteminolid C führen sollten. Das Guaianolid-Dien könnte auch für die Totalsynthese von Artemyriantholid D genutzt werden, welches ebenfalls ein Synthese-Ziel dieser Arbeit war. Weiterhin wurde eine ausführliche Übersicht über die in der Literatur ...
In dieser Arbeit wurden die Totalsynthesen von Moxartenolid und einem Guaianolid-Dien untersucht, die zur Totalsynthese des dimeren Guaianolids Arteminolid C führen sollten. Das Guaianolid-Dien könnte auch für die Totalsynthese von Artemyriantholid D genutzt werden, welches ebenfalls ein Synthese-Ziel dieser Arbeit war. Weiterhin wurde eine ausführliche Übersicht über die in der Literatur bekannten dimeren Guaianolide gegeben und ihre biologische Synthese über eine Diels-Alder-Reaktion diskutiert.
Translation of the abstract (English)
In this work the total syntheses of Moxartenolide and a guaianolide diene were investigated, which should lead to the total synthesis of the dimeric guaianolide Arteminolide C. The guaianolide diene could also lead to the total synthesis of Artemyriantholide D that was also a synthesis aim of this work. Furthermore an extensive overview of the known dimeric guaianolides in the literature was given and their biological synthesis via Diels-Alder-Reactions discussed.
