Abstract (English)
The present thesis represents the first detailed DRS study (25°C, 0.2 ≤ ν/GHz ≤ 89) of inorganic phosphate hydration and ion-pairing. The present thesis represents the first detailed DRS study (25°C, 0.2 ≤ ν/GHz ≤ 89) of inorganic phosphate hydration and ion-pairing. To gain more insight into the physical origin of a low-amplitude low-frequency mode frequently present in electrolyte solutions also aqueous NaCl solutions were investigated. The complete series of potassium phosphates was investigated in order to extract detailed information on the hydration of phosphate anions, especially the distribution of strongly bound and slowed water molecules over the first and second hydration shell. Also the change in ion-pairing behavior was examined. The same categories, hydration and ion-pairing, were examined for sodium and ammonium phosphates (dihydrogenphosphate and hydrogenphosphate) and implications for ion specific Hofmeister effects have been drawn.

Die vorliegende Dissertation stellt die erste detaillierte DRS-Studie (25°C, 0.2 ≤ ν/GHz ≤ 89) über die Hydratation und Ionenpaarbildung anorganischer Phosphatsalzlösungen dar. Um mehr Informationen über den Ursprung einer niederfrequenten Mode mit niedriger Amplitude, welche häufig in Elektrolytlösungen auftritt, zu erhalten, wurden ebenfalls wässrige NaCl-Lösungen untersucht. Die vorliegende Dissertation stellt die erste detaillierte DRS-Studie (25°C, 0.2 ≤ ν/GHz ≤ 89) über die Hydratation und Ionenpaarbildung anorganischer Phosphatsalzlösungen dar. Um mehr Informationen über den Ursprung einer niederfrequenten Mode mit niedriger Amplitude, welche häufig in Elektrolytlösungen auftritt, zu erhalten, wurden ebenfalls wässrige NaCl-Lösungen untersucht. Das Studium der kompletten Serie der Kaliumphosphate ermöglicht einen detaillierten Einblick in die Hydratation der Phosphatanionen, insbesondere die Verteilung von langsamen und schnellen Wasser über die ersten beiden Hydratationsschalen. Ebenso wurde die Ionenpaarbildung untersucht. Beide Themenkomplexe, Hydratation und Ionenpaarbildung, wurden ebenso bei den Natrium- und Ammoniumsalzen (Dihydrogenphosphate und Hydrogenphosphate) untersucht, und Rückschlüsse auf spezifische Ionen-Effekte gezogen.
