Abstract

Idiopathic hypertrophic chronic pachymeningitis (IHCP) is characterised by inflammatory fibrotic thickening of the dura mater. Long term management is controversial. A 28 year old man with craniospinal IHCP and prominent lymphocytic meningitis is reported.
