Abstract (German)

Die Disseration befasst sich mit der grundlegenden Dogmatik der normativen Begriffs Abstammung. Die Arbeit gliedert sich nach einem anfänglichen Problemaufriss und Darstellung der Methode in die Kapitel Vaterschaft, Mutterschaft und prozessuale Probleme und führt sie anhand einer systematischen und rechtsgeschichtlichen Methode einem stimmigen Gesamtkonzept zu.

Translation of the abstract (English)

The disseration analyses the german system of the law of descent. It contains an introduction of it's problems, shows the method of the work. Then it contains the chapters legal fatherhood, legal mothership and problems in the procedural law.
