Es wurden retrospektiv 56 stationäre Patientenfälle mit der Hauptdiagnose akute Myokarditis an der Universtitätsklinik Regensburg analysiert. Dabei gingen die klinische Symptomatik, Laborwerte, EKG-Veränderungen, kardiales MRT und ggf. Herzkatheteruntersuchung incl. Myokardbiopsie in die Untersuchung ein. An analysis of 56 patient cases with main diagnosis acute myocarditis was performed at University Hospital Regensburg.
