Abstract

The tunneling anisotropic magnetothermopower (TAMT) and the tunneling anisotropic spin-Seebeck (TASS) effects are studied for a magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) composed of a ferromagnetic electrode, a zinc-blende semiconductor, and a normal metal.
