Abstract (German)

Vorliegende Arbeit untersucht die Anwesenheit von Anti-Endothellzell-Antikörpern und eine Aktivierung von Endothelzellen durch Serumproben von hertransplantierten Patienten um eine mögliche Verwendung als Biomarker zur Vorhersage von akuten Abstoßungsreaktionen nach Herztransplantation zu untersuchen.

Translation of the abstract (English)

This study examined the existence von anti-endothelial-cell-antibodies and activation of endothelial cells caused by serum samples of patients which had heart transplantation to evaluate the application as a biomarker for acute allograft rejection after heart transplantation.
