Abstract
We report on a magneto-photoluminescence (PL) study of Zeeman effect in Mn modulation-doped InAs/InGaAs/InAlAs quantum wells (QW). Two PL lines corresponding to the radiative recombination of photoelectrons with free and bound-on-Mn holes have been observed.
